Every Midnight Kitchen Tools order ships from our facility in South Lyon, Michigan, USA. Standard shipping is free within the United States and typically arrives in 3 to 5 business days. International shipping is a flat $20.00 USD.

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. During holiday sales, processing may take a little longer. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order ships.

How much does shipping cost in the US?

Standard shipping is free on all orders within the United States. Orders ship via USPS and typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days after leaving our facility. Delivery times vary by location and carrier conditions.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide via USPS at a flat rate of $20.00 USD per order. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery, as transit times depend on the destination country and customs processing.

Will I pay duties or customs fees?

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Check with your local customs office before ordering.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking to update. You can also view your order status by logging into your account.

What if my package is lost or damaged?

If your tracking shows delivered but the package has not arrived, check with neighbors and your local post office first, as USPS sometimes marks packages delivered a day early. If it is still missing a few days past the delivery window, email sales@midnightkitchentools.com with your order number. We will open a carrier investigation and send a replacement. If your order arrives damaged, email us a photo of the item and packaging and we will replace it. Every Midnight Kitchen Tool is also covered by our lifetime guarantee.

Can I change my shipping address?

Make sure your address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If you need to change it, email us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it before the order ships.
